At K Homié, we take pride in the manufacturing of our furniture. We aim to deliver your purchase as quickly and efficiently as possible. All our products are fully packaged for safe transit and will be handled by professional third-party delivery carriers.
We work with multiple specialist delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. This may result in multiple shipments of your order from separate delivery partners. Kindly note that shipping cost is calculated per shipment (not per total order) based on the warehouse location from which your product(s) is shipped.Delivery speed depends on the product type, product availability, and proximity to metropolitan areas. To help you with your purchasing decision, you may learn more about delivery lead times on each product page.
You may enter your zip code on any product page to check if we deliver to your area. If your location is unavailable, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media to stay informed about our latest updates.
All shipments are delivered based on the operating hours of the courier service provider, kindly check with the courier service provider on their operating hours.
Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases, and elevators in their packaging before placing your order. Product and package dimensions are included in the product description on our website. Failed delivery due to inability to access your home will incur additional delivery charges.
Please note that while we may be able to have your order shipped to a freight forwarder, once the shipment is in their hands, K Homié is released of all responsibility for issues that may arise during and as a result of the freight forwarding process.
Shipping Fee & Locations
Shipping fees are charged per order, and are fixed at flat rates depending on shipment value and delivery location.
This is a friendly reminder that for orders with multiple items, depending upon each item’s estimated delivery, there may be multiple shipments per order. Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order subtotal. Total shipping fees will be indicated during the checkout process after processing the required shipments based on the estimated delivery of all your items.

How long do I have to return my item?
Select items can be returned within 7 days of purchase or receipt, exclusion may applied on certain products. Custom orders cannot be returned but may be canceled within two business days after the order is placed. Custom orders may include any item where you select the finish and upholstery.
How do I return my item?
Small items can be returned to the showroom or shipped back to us by mail. Furniture or more oversized items will require arrangements for pick up. If you plan to return your item, please get in touch with khomie14@gmail.com or call +60129408687 to make arrangements.
Claim for a Warranty
Generally all products come with 1 year manufacturing warranty, unless stated otheriwse. For any missing accessories/defected parts, you will need to email to us at khomie14@gmail.com within 5 days after delivered by mentioning your Order ID. Defected parts must be proved by real images / photos.
